This week we’ve got a meal plan that’s all about doable and cozy, while still being fairly healthy. You'll double up on chicken early in the week (trust the process!), which means one of your dinners later is halfway done. We've got a truly hands-off roasted chicken situation, noodles with a homemade sauce that tastes way fancier than the effort required, cozy dumplings for a cold night, and grain bowls that somehow feel both healthy and indulgent. Plus, we’ve got the perfect make-ahead breakfast that actually has protein so you're not starving by 10am.

How to use this plan: We've planned four dinners and a breakfast option, which leaves you room to fill in the gaps however works for your week. Maybe you have leftovers from one of these meals, maybe you do a fridge clean-out night, or maybe Friday is pizza night and that's non-negotiable. The goal here is to take the mental load off for most of the week, so you have the time and energy to do what you love! Use what works, skip what doesn't, and adjust based on what your week actually looks like.

This week's meal plan and the complete organized shopping list are available to paid subscribers.
